users email but somehow they are creating accounts with the same email over and over (From March 26th, 2026)

Expected Result not be able to create a new account with an existing email address

Actual Result user created an account on Nov 1, 2023, with Sts2632@aol.com [Sts2632@aol.com] then created another one on April 10, 2024, and again on March 25, 2026.
