How to Navigate the Collection Web Management Sidebar

Learn what each link in the Collection Web Management sidebar does and how to collapse the sidebar for more room.

The sidebar on the left side of Collection Web Management gives you quick access to every area of your account. This article explains what each link does and how to collapse the sidebar when you want more room.

The Sidebar at a Glance

The sidebar has two groups of links. The top group takes you to your collection, selling tools, and Ludex resources. The bottom group covers your connected accounts, settings, and signing out.

Top Links

  • My Collection takes you to your main collection page. From here, you can switch between the All Cards, Categories, and My Lists tabs at the top of the page.

  • Ludex Shop opens shop.ludex.com in a new tab, where you can browse Ludex apparel, accessories, and Ludex Light Box products.

  • Feature Request opens the Ludex feedback board in a new tab, where you can suggest new features and vote on ideas from other collectors.

  • Community opens the Ludex Discord community in a new tab.

  • Seller Hub is where you manage cards you’re selling. It includes tabs for Batches, Listings, and Templates.

Bottom Links

  • Integrations lets you connect selling platforms to your Ludex account. eBay and Walmart are available now, and Shopify and Whatnot are coming soon.

  • Settings shows your Account ID and the email address on your account, and lets you export your collection as a CSV file.

  • Logout signs you out of Collection Web Management.

How to Collapse the Sidebar

  1. Click the sidebar toggle button, the panel icon between the two groups of links. The sidebar shrinks to icons only, giving your collection more room on the screen.

  2. Click the sidebar toggle button again to expand the sidebar.

Important Notes

  • Ludex Shop, Feature Request, and Community open in a new browser tab, so you won’t lose your place in Collection Web Management.

  • Your Account ID is listed in Settings. Keep it handy when you contact the Ludex support team.
