The Ludex Shop at shop.ludex.com offers Ludex apparel and accessories. This article explains how to reach the shop and where to find order, cancellation, and return information.
What You Can Find in the Ludex Shop
Ludex Light Box: the original Light Box is sold out. A new version is planned for spring 2027, and you can join the waitlist on the shop to be notified when it is released
Apparel: Ludex shirts, hoodies, and hats
Accessories: items such as the Ludex carry bag and stickers
How to Access the Ludex Shop
You can visit the shop directly in any web browser at shop.ludex.com.
If you use Collection Web Management, you can also reach the shop from the sidebar:
Go to collections.ludex.com and sign in to your account
Click Ludex Shop in the sidebar
Orders, Cancellations, and Returns
Ludex Shop products are made to order.
To cancel or change an order, use the link in your order confirmation email before your order goes into production.

Important Notes
When an item is sold out, its product page may offer a waitlist so you can be notified when it is available again.
The Ludex Shop is separate from your Ludex subscription. Shop purchases do not change your plan, and subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
