This article explains which features are available in Collection Web Management, which are available in the Ludex app, and which work in both.

Two Ways to Use Ludex

You can manage your Ludex collection in two places:

  • The Ludex app for iOS and Android, built for scanning cards and managing your collection on the go.

  • Collection Web Management at collections.ludex.com, built for managing your collection on a larger screen.

Your collection syncs automatically between both. Cards you add or edit in one place appear in the other.

Available in Both

  • Viewing your collection by All Cards, Categories, or My Lists

  • Searching, filtering, and sorting your collection

  • Viewing card details, including the Ludex Estimate and recent sales

  • Adding cards to your collection

  • Creating and managing lists

  • Editing a card’s condition and quantity

  • Deleting individual cards

  • Selling cards on eBay

Only in Collection Web Management

  • Editing purchase price and purchase date

  • Adding private notes to a card

  • Adding cards by photo upload or by entering a PSA or CGC certification number

  • Selecting multiple cards to export, move, or delete them at once

  • Exporting your collection as a CSV file

  • Seller Hub, for managing listings, batches, and listing templates

  • Selling on Walmart

  • Stack and Book views for lists

  • Customizing columns in List View

Only in the Ludex App

  • Scanning cards with your phone’s camera

  • Editing a card’s Parallel, including Parallel Suggestions after a scan

  • Setting a custom price and recording a sold price for a card

  • Browse, for exploring the Ludex card database by year, series, and set, down to individual cards. Browse is for viewing only and can’t be used to add cards.

  • Home dashboard, including Highest Value, Trending Sold Players, Latest Price Updates, and Recently Added

  • Price Report, with value charts from 7 days to 1 year

  • Card Categories, for choosing which card types appear in your scanner and collection

  • Managing your subscription, changing your password, and deleting your account

  • Editing a card’s Parallel

  • Sharing lists

  • Shopify and Whatnot integrations

Important Notes

  • Collection Web Management is available to Standard and Pro members. The Ludex app is available on all plans, including the Free plan and Lite.

  • Purchase Price and Custom Price are separate fields. Purchase Price records what you paid for a card, while Custom Price replaces the Ludex Estimate shown for that card.
