How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your Ludex subscription at any time, depending on where you originally signed up. Follow the steps below for your platform.

Subscribed Through Apple (iPhone)

  1. Open your device Settings

  2. Tap your name at the top

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Select Ludex

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Subscribed Through Google Play (Android)

  1. Open the Google Play Store

  2. Tap your profile icon

  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions

  4. Tap Subscriptions

  5. Select Ludex

  6. Tap Cancel Subscription

Important Notes

  • Deleting your Ludex account does not cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your subscription features until that date.

Refunds

Ludex does not process subscription payments directly - all billing is handled through Apple or Google depending on where you subscribed.

As a result, Ludex is unable to issue refunds for subscription charges. Refund eligibility and decisions are made solely by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.
