How to Request a Refund for Your Ludex Subscription

Ludex does not process subscription payments directly and is unable to issue refunds under any circumstances. All subscription billing is handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and all refund requests must be submitted through the platform where you originally subscribed.

Check your email inbox for a receipt from either Apple or Google - this will confirm which platform processed your subscription payment and where to submit your refund request.
How to Request a Refund Through Apple
If you subscribed to Ludex through the Apple App Store, you will need to submit your refund request directly to Apple. Refund eligibility and decisions are made solely by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
Visit Apple's refund request page: reportaproblem.apple.com
Sign in with your Apple ID
Find your Ludex subscription charge and select Request a Refund
Select a reason for your refund request and submit
Please note: Apple typically processes refund requests for purchases made within the last 90 days. Requests outside of this window may not be eligible.

How to Request a Refund Through Google Play
If you subscribed to Ludex through Google Play, you will need to submit your refund request directly to Google. Refund eligibility and decisions are made solely by Google in accordance with their refund policy.
Visit Google Play's refund request page: Google Play Refund Support
Sign in with your Google account
Find your Ludex subscription charge and select Request a Refund
Select a reason for your refund request and submit
Please note: Google Play typically processes refund requests submitted within 48 hours of the charge. Requests outside of this window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Google.

Important Notes
Ludex is unable to expedite, approve, or deny refund requests on behalf of Apple or Google.
Before requesting a refund, make sure you have also canceled your subscription to avoid future charges. Refunds do not automatically cancel your subscription.
