How to Delete an Account

You can delete your Ludex account directly from within the app. Please read the important notes below before proceeding, as account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How To Delete Your Account
Open the Ludex app and tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Tap Settings.
Tap Account Settings.

Tap Data Management.

Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Delete Account again to confirm.
How To Request Deletion of Your Personal Data
Deleting your account removes your Ludex profile but does not automatically delete all personal data associated with your account. If you would like to request full deletion of your personal data from Ludex systems, please contact our support team at support@ludex.com. Our team will confirm whether we hold data associated with your account and follow up with any necessary next steps.
Important Notes
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All account data, including your scanned cards and collection history, will be removed.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
You may create a new Ludex account using the same email address, but previously scanned cards and data will not be restored.
