How To Disconnect Collection Web Management and eBay

If you need to disconnect your eBay account from Collection Web Management, you can do so at any time through the Integrations page. Please note that disconnecting your eBay account will prevent you from listing cards through Collection Web Management until you reconnect.

How To Disconnect Your eBay Account

  1. Visit collections.ludex.com and log in to your Ludex account

  2. Click the down arrow next to your Account ID in the bottom left corner of the screen

  3. Click Integrations from the dropdown menu

  4. On the Integrations page, locate the eBay card - it will show a green dot and display Connected

  5. Click Disconnect eBay Account

  6. Confirm the disconnection when prompted

Once disconnected, the eBay card will return to Not Connected status and the green dot will disappear.

Important Notes

  • Disconnecting your eBay account will not affect any listings that have already been published to eBay - those will remain active on eBay until you end them manually.
