Yes - deleting your account and canceling your subscription are two separate actions. It is important to understand the difference before taking either step to ensure you are making the right decision for your needs.

Canceling Your Subscription

Canceling your subscription stops future billing at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your paid features until that date. You can resubscribe to Ludex at any time in the future.

Subscriptions must be canceled through the app store where you originally subscribed:

Deleting Your Account

If you wish to delete your Ludex account entirely, this can be done directly within the app. Please be aware that deleting your account will:

  • Permanently remove all account data, including any cards you have scanned

  • Remove access to any active subscription connected to that account

Important Notes

  • Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through your app store to stop future payments.

  • Once deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered.

  • You may create a new account using the same email address, but previously scanned cards and data will not be restored.
