How to Reset Your Ludex Password

If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, you can reset your password directly from the Ludex login screen. Follow the steps below.

How To Reset Your Password

  1. Open the Ludex app and tap Forgot Password? on the login screen

  1. Enter the email address associated with your Ludex account

  2. Tap Reset Password

  1. Check your inbox for an email from Ludex with the subject Password Reset Request

  2. Open the email and tap Reset Password

  1. A webpage will open at app.ludex.com - enter your new password

  2. Re-enter your new password in the Confirm Password field

  3. Tap Update Password

  1. You will see a confirmation message that your password has been reset - return to the Ludex app and log in with your new password

Password Requirements

Your new password must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 8 characters

  • At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)

  • At least one lowercase letter (a-z)

  • At least one number (0-9)

  • At least one special character (such as ! % @ or #)

Important Notes

  • Check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes. Searching your inbox for Ludex may also help locate it.

  • If you did not request a password reset, you can safely ignore the email - your password will remain unchanged.

  • The password reset link in the email may expire after a period of time. If the link no longer works, repeat the steps above to request a new one.
