How To Connect Your eBay Account to Ludex

Connecting your eBay account to Ludex allows you to list cards directly from your collection without leaving the app. Follow the steps below to connect, disconnect, or troubleshoot your eBay integration.

Before You Begin

  • You must have an active Ludex account with a Lite, Standard, or Pro membership to list cards on eBay.

  • You must have an active eBay seller account. If you do not have one, visit our Creating a Sellers Account with eBay article for step-by-step instructions.

How To Connect Your eBay Account

  1. Open the Ludex app and tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.

  2. Tap Settings.

  3. Tap Integrations.

  1. Tap eBay to begin the connection process.

  1. Your device will open an external browser and redirect you to eBay's authorisation page - Review and Grant Application Access: Ludex. Log in to the eBay account you wish to connect if prompted.

  2. Review the permissions requested and tap Agree and Continue to authorise Ludex to access your eBay account.

  1. You will see an eBay Successfully Connected confirmation screen. Tap Return to App to go back to Ludex.

  1. Back in the Ludex app, a confirmation message will appear confirming your eBay account is now connected. Tap OK to dismiss.

How To Disconnect Your eBay Account

  1. Open the Ludex app and tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.

  2. Tap Settings.

  3. Tap Integrations.

  4. Tap eBay.

  5. Tap Disconnect eBay Account.

  6. A confirmation prompt will appear asking if you are sure you want to disconnect. Tap Disconnect to confirm.

Troubleshooting - Connected to the Wrong eBay Account?

If Ludex is connected to the wrong eBay account, this is typically caused by a previously logged-in eBay session in your device's default browser. To resolve this, clear your browser cache and data, then reconnect following the steps above.

How To Clear Browser Cache on iPhone

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

  2. Scroll down and tap Safari (or your default browser).

  3. Tap Clear History and Website Data.

  4. Tap Clear History and Data to confirm.

  5. Return to Ludex and follow the steps above to reconnect your eBay account.

How To Clear Browser Cache on Android

  1. Open the Settings app on your Android device.

  2. Tap Apps or Application Manager (this may vary by device).

  3. Find and tap your default browser (e.g., Chrome).

  4. Tap Storage.

  5. Tap Clear Cache and then Clear Data.

  6. Return to Ludex and follow the steps above to reconnect your eBay account.

Important Notes

  • Disconnecting your eBay account will prevent you from listing cards through Ludex until you reconnect.

  • Disconnecting does not affect any listings that have already been published to eBay - those will remain active until you end them manually on eBay.

  • The eBay authorisation page is provided by eBay, not Ludex. Ludex does not store or have access to your eBay password.
