Have questions about selling your cards on eBay through Ludex? Below are answers to the most commonly asked questions about the Ludex x eBay integration.

How many cards can I list to eBay with Ludex?

The number of monthly eBay listings available depends on your Ludex membership tier:

  • Lite - 50 listings per month for your selected card type only

  • Standard - 50 listings per month across all card types

  • Pro - 250 listings per month across all card types

If you require more than 250 listings per month, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at support@ludex.com and we will be happy to discuss your needs.

Do I need an eBay account to list cards with Ludex?

Yes, an active eBay seller account is required to list cards through Ludex. If you do not have one yet, you can create an eBay account here. If you already have an eBay account, visit our Connecting Your Ludex and eBay Account article to get set up.

Can I add more images to my eBay listing through Ludex?

When creating a listing through Ludex, your scanned card image is automatically attached to the listing. If you would like to add additional images, navigate to the listing on your eBay page, edit the listing, and add more images directly from there.

Does Ludex support promoted listings?

Ludex does not currently support promoted listings directly within the app. If you would like to promote a listing, navigate to your eBay account, find the listing, and promote it from there.

Does Ludex support eBay calculated shipping?

At this time, Ludex supports two shipping options:

  • Free for the Buyer - the seller covers the cost of shipping

  • Flat-Cost Shipping - you set your own shipping price

Calculated shipping based on buyer location is not currently supported.

Can I use my own seller template with Ludex on eBay?

Custom seller templates are not currently supported within Ludex. This is a feature we are actively working on and it will be coming in a future update.

Does Ludex take a percentage of my eBay sales?

No. Ludex does not take any percentage of your eBay sales. Our goal is to make listing as simple as possible - the only cost is your Ludex membership. Standard eBay seller fees still apply as set by eBay.

Does Ludex support a 3-day auction listing?

No. Ludex does not support 3-day auction listings as this format incurs a premium cost to the seller on eBay.

Is there a desktop tool to manage my Ludex eBay listings?

Yes! Collection Web Management is Ludex's desktop and mobile browser tool for managing your collection and listings. Visit collections.ludex.com to get started. Available to Standard and Pro members.

Troubleshooting

Why Can't I List Cards Through Ludex?

If you have an eBay seller account but have never listed an item before, eBay may block third-party applications like Ludex from creating listings on your behalf. This is a known eBay restriction for new seller accounts.

To resolve this:

  1. Go to eBay.com and log in to your seller account

  2. Create and publish your first listing directly on eBay

  3. Once your first listing has been published, return to Ludex and you will be able to list cards through the app without any issues

If you continue to experience issues after completing your first listing, please contact our support team at support@ludex.com and we will help you get it resolved.
