How To Navigate the CWM Sidebar and User Menu

Collection Web Management is currently in Beta. Features and availability may change as we continue to improve the experience.

This article explains how to navigate the sidebar and user menu in Collection Web Management, and what each link and menu option does.

The Collection Web Management Sidebar

The sidebar runs along the left side of the screen at collections.ludex.com and is visible on every page. It provides quick access to your collection and external Ludex resources.

Sidebar Navigation Links

The following links are available in the sidebar:

• Collection - navigates to your main collection dashboard at /collections

• Ludex Shop - opens shop.ludex.com in a new tab, where you can browse Ludex accessories, including the Ludex Light Box

• Discord - opens the Ludex Discord community in a new tab

• Feature Request - opens the Ludex Featurebase page, where you can submit and vote on feature ideas for Collection Web Management

The User Menu

At the bottom left of the sidebar, your user avatar and Account ID are displayed. Clicking on this area opens the user menu.

The user menu contains the following options:

• Account ID - your unique Ludex Account ID (e.g., E6314667). You may be asked for this when contacting support

• Email address - the email address associated with your Ludex account

• Integrations - navigates to the Integrations page, where you can connect or disconnect eBay, Walmart, and other platforms

• Settings - navigates to the Settings page, where you can manage your Ludex profile, username, bio, and photos

• Log Out - signs you out of Collection Web Management

How To Open the User Menu

1. Go to collections.ludex.com and sign in to your Ludex account.

2. Locate your user avatar and Account ID at the bottom left of the sidebar.

3. Click your avatar or Account ID to open the user menu.

4. Select the option you need from the menu.

Important Notes

• Your Account ID is unique to your Ludex account. Keep it handy when contacting the Ludex support team.

• The Ludex Shop and Discord links open in a new browser tab and will take you away from Collection Web Management.

• Integrations and Settings are only accessible through the user menu - they are not listed as standalone sidebar links.
