How to Request Your Card Collection Data Export

Ludex offers paying members the ability to request a full export of their card collection data as a CSV file. This is useful for personal record keeping, spreadsheet tracking, or backing up your collection data outside of the app.

Who Is Eligible?

Card data exports are available to active Lite, Standard, and Pro members only. Free accounts are not eligible to request a data export.

Important: You must hold an active paid membership at the time your CSV is delivered - not just at the time of your request. If your subscription lapses or is canceled before delivery, your request will not be fulfilled and the export will not be sent.

How to Request Your Data Export

  1. Locate your Account ID by tapping the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar of the Ludex app

  2. Tap Account Settings

  3. Your Account ID is displayed at the bottom of the Account Settings screen

  1. Email our support team at support@ludex.com with the subject line Data Export Request

  2. Include your Account ID in the email

What to Expect

  • Data export requests can take up to 30 days to complete from the date of your request

  • Your CSV will be delivered to the email address associated with your Ludex account

  • Each account is limited to one data export per 365 days

What's Included in Your CSV

Your exported CSV will include the following data fields for each card in your collection. Please note that card images are not included in the data export - the CSV contains text-based data only.

  • Year - the year the card was produced

  • Classification - the card type or sport category

  • Series - the card series name

  • Set - the specific card set

  • Card Name - the name of the player or subject on the card

  • Card Number - the card's identifying number within the set

  • Parallel - the parallel variant of the card if applicable

  • Grader - the grading company if the card has been graded

  • Grade Value - the grade assigned by the grading company

  • Condition - the condition of the card (e.g. Raw)

  • Price - the Ludex Estimate at the time of export

  • Custom Price - any custom price you have set for the card

Important Notes

  • Your subscription must remain active through the date of delivery. Requests from accounts that have canceled or lapsed before delivery will not be fulfilled.

  • Each account is permitted one export per 365-day period. Additional requests within that window will not be processed.

  • Ludex reserves the right to verify account eligibility before processing any data export request.
